let’s touch the ribbon, it is loosely and not straighten. now the ribbon can’t be draw out because that it has been pressed by the straighten cylinder, if you insist drawing the ribbon so many, the ribbon will be broken. Ribbon drawing actuator backward about 200mm. Can you see now there is no resistance for the ribbon. Then press cylinder up and straighten cylinder up. first ribbon clamp goes to ribbon drawing position and check if every ribbon can be nipped by the clamp. the soldering time can also influence the welding performance.Īctually when the ribbon is draw out, it is not straight.so we need ribbon straighten. the soldering time is from the IR light on to IR light off. when the welding cylinder goes up position, the soldering light is off. when the welding cylinder goes to the down position, the IR light is working. You have to know when the soldering light is on or off. When there is over welding, you must decrease the soldering power, when there is false welding, increase the soldering power. It should be set according to your experience and the soldering performance, in other page I will tell you what is the over welding and false soldering.
now the power I am using is 60% of the total power of the IR light. The percentage of the total power of IR light, for example, I set 60 here.

390mm plus 27mm is 417mm.now the stringer length is 417mm.` multiply 39mm (cell size) by 10 (stringer cells) is 390mm and multiply 3mm (cell space) by 9(there are 9 cells gap in stringer) is 27mm. Now cell size is 39mm, cell space is 3mm and 10 cells are in one stringer. according to them, you can know the stringer length, it’s cell size plus cell gap. Ok, now you have known cell size, cell space and the stringer cells. How many cells do you want to make in one stringer, for example, you want to make 60cells panel and 10 cells stringer, enter 10 in stringer cells. for example, I want the cells gap is 3mm, I can enter here 3 easily. It’s also called cell gap, it means that the gap between 2 cells. for example, you want to solder 39mm cells, you just enter 39 here.
The real cells size, you must enter the real size here. You don’t need to remember all of words, only understand… It’s enough. I am sure if you can understand the first page, you have learnt 60% of the machine. Please don’t worry about it, it’s very easy.
